Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer relationships and accounts
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
* Generating new business opportunities through lead generation and development
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth

Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills
* Prior experience working with SLED customers in sales, business development, or account management
* Ability to establish strategic partnerships and build strong relationships with clients
