Pay Rate: $ 26 $40 /hr on W2 with benefits

Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day/ Mon - Fri

Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to enhance our IT infrastructure and drive innovation within our technology processes.
• This role is essential for maintaining and optimizing our network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide expert recommendations for network administration and planning, focusing on switches, routers, servers, and related software.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager on strategic IT planning and contribute to maintaining computer networks, including VPNs and network segmentation.
• Deliver support for network, hardware, and software across local and remote locations.
• Design, configure, and analyze LAN/WAN/WLAN networks to meet business needs.
• Respond to network-related trouble tickets, documenting resolutions for future reference.
• Assist the IT department with administrative and helpdesk tasks as required.
• Work with the IT Manager to develop strategic roadmaps for future network infrastructure enhancements.
• Monitor systems such as firewalls for anomalies and disruptions, responding effectively to maintain network security and performance.

Qualifications/ Required:

• Proven experience in network administration, particularly with Fortinet, Aruba, Client, Ubiquity, and IoT device management.
• Strong understanding of the OSI model and network segmentation (VLANs, Subnetting, QoS, Routing, etc.).
• Ability to assist with various IT functions as needed.
• Experience with server administration, Active Directory/Azure, and MS 365 is required.
