Job Title : Social Worker / Caseworker Location : 2075 South Avon Beldon Road Grafton, OH, 44044 Pay Rate : $22.00 / hr. on W2 without benefits Duration : 06 months Working Hours : 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM Job Description : Bachelor's degree in social services. Social worker experience. CPR or BLS Certification. Role & Responsibilities : Will be working with patients one and one and in a group setting and providing healthy coping skills. Work with a multi-disciplinary to ensure patients get the best care. Will conduct rounds in patient housing areas. Be able to perform charting on patient services that were performed. Great communication skills are a huge plus. Qualifications : Must have a Social Service degree and have at least 6 months working experience working in a group setting, providing group activities.
