• Provide primary care to patients, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• Conduct thorough exams and write comprehensive evaluations and reports as needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Safely and efficiently manage medications, minimizing risks and adverse reactions.
• Complete reclassifications and reviews as required, staying up-to-date on changing regulations and policies.
• Make referrals for specialized care or treatment when necessary, prioritizing patient well-being.
• Perform duties within the scope of practice, adhering to ODRC policies and related ACA standards.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives, driving positive change and innovation in our field.
• Engage in collaborative agreements as needed, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, managing up to 2.5 patients per hour while ensuring quality care.
• Hold an active Ohio Physician license and maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
