Job Title: Psychiatrist - Part Time
About the Job:
22nd Health Care LLC is seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality mental health services to our patients. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans for behavioral health patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive exams, write evaluations, and create reports to document patient progress.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
- Manage medication regimens and make referrals for specialized care as needed.
- Ensure that all duties are performed within the scope of practice, following ODRC policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including peer reviews and collaborative agreements.
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Psychiatry or related field.
- Current licensure to practice psychiatry in Ohio.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
Work Schedule:
20 hours per week, 1-year contract with possibility of long-term extension.
