Business Development Trainee Daily Responsibilities :
- Communicate product features in-person and encourage benefits to inquiring customers to complete the sales process
- Learn to analyze our targeted customers by utilizing specific territory and demographic research
- Seek out new sales opportunities and employ the benefit of cross-selling approved products
- Be a skilled expert at market and territory research, connecting with our targeted audiences, increasing quality engagements, and brand profitability
- Dedication to achieving high closing sales rates through overturning objections and utilizing negotiation tactics
- Work with other Business Development Trainees and the Business Development Manager to ensure all goals for our clients are met
Skills Needed For Success As Our Business Development Trainee :
This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in Bakersfield, CA. If chosen for the position, the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
