Key Responsibilities :
Production Management
Lead the end-to-end production process for all campaigns, including digital, social, TV, print, and experiential.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, production schedules, and budgets.
Proven ability to deliver nimble and cost effective production solutions.
Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, agency standards, and deadlines.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of producers, production coordinators, and studio professionals - both full time and temporary staff.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration within the production team.
Oversee resource allocation to ensure production team is appropriately staffed for all projects.
Evaluate team performance and provide professional development opportunities and timely feedback resulting in impeccable deliverables.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with Creative, Business Leadership, Project Management, and Business Affairs teams to align production goals with campaign objectives.
Act as a key point of contact for clients during the production phase, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Liaise with external vendors, directors, photographers, and other production partners to ensure seamless execution.
Budget Management Oversight
Oversee production budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize resources and ensure compliance measures are met.
Oversee the department's budget, managing staff and operational costs effectively.
Quality Control and Innovation
Maintain the highest quality standards across all production outputs.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance production capabilities.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
10 years of experience in production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a creative agency.
Highly adept at innovation problem solving for Client's marketing challenges.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Exceptional project management abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
