Join us as the Director of Neuro-inspired Computing Process Integration Realization, where you will be at the forefront of innovation! In this exciting leadership role, you'll drive the integration of groundbreaking devices and materials that power the future of neuro-inspired and in-memory computing architectures. You'll be responsible for steering the technical management of robust, application-driven integration processes for semiconductor devices; guiding them from unit cell to array level, and facilitating the transition from the lab to production-all while achieving key performance indicators for our cutting-edge neuro-inspired computing technologies. Your ability to foster teamwork, tackle challenges head-on, and thrive in a collaborative environment will be essential to your success.
You'll be based in our vibrant Silicon Valley hub in San Jose, CA, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a dynamic neuro-inspired computing ecosystem.
Your Tasks :
Lead with Vision : Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for process integration and development that sets the stage for innovation.
Be the Expert : As a domain expert in semiconductor process integration, you'll tackle drivers, challenges, and mitigation strategies to enhance performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate and Innovate : Work closely with internal and external process integration teams to implement and refine cutting-edge workflows, focusing on techniques like atomic layer deposition, physical vapor deposition, lithography, etching, and surface treatments.
Deliver Excellence : Uphold high standards of process development quality, ensuring successful collaborations and agile troubleshooting.
Optimize for Success : Enhance existing processes to boost variability, repeatability, yield, and performance in emerging memory-centric workflows.
Stay Ahead of the Curve : Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and roadmaps in semiconductor technology through conferences and forums.
Leverage Your Knowledge : Use your understanding of material physics and interfaces to optimize electrical, reliability, and variability performances, tailoring materials and processes for unit cell to array realization.
Be Our Advocate : Act as a passionate process integration ambassador, engaging with partners and customers to understand their technical challenges and roadmaps, while establishing credibility across the organization and with external collaborators.

Who You Are :
Minimum Qualifications :
- MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 8 years of professional experience in semiconductor memory development, ferroelectric devices, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications :
Pay Range for this position : $196,100 - $294,100
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.
