TRUMPF is looking for an experienced, dynamic and goal-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Logistics team. The Logistics Manager oversees organization of all logistics activities including import / export compliance, management of 3rd party warehouses, equipment packaging, transportation as well as customer service during the delivery process. Collaboration with internal colleagues to reach our goal of an excellent customer experience is an integral part of this role. Logistic Supervisor Responsibilities Manage the entire supply chain via Air, Ocean and Road. Manage all Machine deliveries in the USMCA market. Experience with and knowledge of import and export entry procedures, rules, regulations ISF filings, export licenses, request for information (RFI), and customs audits. Understanding of EAR and ITAR regulations and requirements Interface with Brokers, Vendors, Distributors, Carriers and Clients on a daily basis. Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures. Collaborate with Senior Management to ensure import/export compliance Provide key metrics to Senior Management. Lead and manage a staff of 7-10 employees. Source Machine Rigging services as needed. Maintain strong relationships and collaboration with headquarters in Germany and international subsidiaries. Partner with Purchasing to manage vendors at a high level. Oversee management of 3rd party warehouses. Oversee Claims Management for all inbound and outbound shipments. Familiarity with the C-TPAT program. Experience & Education BA Degree required in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management. 5-7 years experience in Global Trade and Compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem solving skills and adaptive to change. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including excel and PowerPoint.
