Chemours is seeking a Data Center Cooling Engineer to join our growing Technology team. This position will be available at our Newark, DE location.

In Thermal & Specialty Solutions , we harness next-generation, low-Global Warming Potential (GWP) technology to provide market driven innovations to customers in the areas of Refrigerants, Propellants, Fire Protection, Foam Blowing Agents and heat transfer fluids for Thermal Management used in various systems for building and construction segments, Mobile and Stationary heating and cooling systems to name a few. Our technology organization consists of experts in the areas of fluorine, catalysis, process development, engineering, analytical and formulation science, and application development to name a few.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Support projects and activities related to single and two-phase liquid cooling in data centers and other applications to meet strategic growth objectives.
• Design and lead execution of experiments in lab environment and field trials.
• Engage, collaborate and maintain good relationships with value chain partners, end-users, academia / universities, national labs and industry organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, customers and partners.
• Knowledge or the desire to learn fluorochemical science and related application technologies.
• Travel 10-25% of time to customers and partners.
