About the Role:
The Manufacturing Technology Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence and customer experience within our TT business. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to manufacturing operations, developing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will manage project portfolios and ensure effective resource allocation, mentor and develop team members, and work closely with operations leadership to set clear goals and performance expectations.
