We are currently seeking a Supportive Marketing/Administrative Role to join our growing team.
What you will be doing:
Assisting Business Development Representative in generating meetings and onboarding new customers.
- Assisting Business Development Representative with maintaining relationships with current customers.
- Work closely with the Business Development Representative to assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Data entry and data maintenance utilizing Salesforce software.
- Participate and assist in marketing campaigns.
- Provide additional administrative support for the Business Development Representative and/or Owners as requested.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Calling corporate offices for purposes of identifying sales targets.
- Thrives in a customer-service oriented environment.
- High level of business acumen - professional business writing and communication skills, flexible and adaptable to change, and maintains an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills. Excels at coordination and communication, creative problem solving, time management, and organization.
- Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, required.
- Extreme attention to detail and time management.
