23XI Human Resources Intern
Position Overview
23XI Racing is looking for a college junior or senior to serve as the Human Resources Intern. The Human Resource intern will gain hands on experience with assisting the HR department with recruitment, administrative support, people engagement and the many ongoing responsibilities within the department. This is a paid internship. You will need to be able to work 20-40 hours per week. Hours may include some racing events, throughout the semester that may occur on evenings and/or weekends. This position will be on site.
Summer 2025: May 19th, 2025 – July 25th, 2025

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate and attend team meetings and work sessions
- Assist with HR documentation and employee paperwork
- Support the HR team with day to day administrative tasks as needed
- Aids in recruitment, research and the development of the internship program
- Help design training opportunities and survey tools to understand the new employee experience
- Support in organizing company events
- Openly share new innovative ideas to help current goals of HR department
- Provide support for various aspects of the onboarding and offboarding process
Required Skills, Experience, and Abilities
- To be successful in this position, you should demonstrate the following competencies
- Sophomore, Junior or Senior obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
- Some course work in Recruitment, Onboarding and Labor Laws
- GPA 3.0 on 4.0 scale
- Proficient with office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- The ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when privy to sensitive information
- Be a flexible and reliable teammate, both within the department and the company as a whole
- Presents self in professional manner and has the ability to interact with all levels of organization
