We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building B2B relationships, generating leads, and approaching businesses to establish partnerships. Your primary role will be to connect with businesses and onboard them to refer their clients to our restoration services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture leads for water damage and mold remediation services.
- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with property managers, insurance agents, contractors, and other referral sources.
- Approach and engage businesses to establish referral partnerships.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Track and report on sales activity, leads, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
