Part Time Self Storage Maintenance Manager

This is a really unique job, and it is vital we find the right fit. You must be tech savvy. We are looking for a part-time 10-15 hours a week self storage maintenance manager for a storage facility in Danielsville, GA.

We are looking for someone with common sense, integrity, and the ability to work independently. The time is flexible, and we are super easy to work with. This is a great job for those who like to work by themselves and not be micromanaged! You need to have a reliable vehicle.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but is not limited to:

• locking out delinquent customers
• managing vendors
• using technology
• weed control
• cleaning property
• cut locks
• inventory units
• performing minor maintenance and repairs
• cleaning out units to make them ready for the next customer
• occasionally meet with customers as needed
• being a grown-up
• This is a part time 10-15 hour a week job.
