Compensation Package
- Base Pay: $17.65/hr
- Attendance Bonus: $17.65/hr (dependent on attendance)
- Overnight/Weekend Bonus Pay: $1/hr (for working overnight or weekend shifts)
- Weekly Commission Bonus: $2.80/hr (based on sales performance)
- Total Average Earnings for Retail Shift Manager: $20.80/hr
