Base Pay Attendance Bonus - $17.65 / hr
Overnight / Weekend Bonus Pay - $1 / hr
Weekly Commission Bonus - $2.80 / hr
TOTAL AVERAGE EARNINGS FOR RETAIL SHIFT MANAGER= $20.80
