Associates Required for a Real Estate Investment and Wholesaling Acquisition Team!
There is no need for a real estate license!
Sales Agents with or without real estate experience are currently being sought after by our office in Miami FL.
We are a Real Estate investment company that purchases homes directly from homeowners.
We are looking for strong analytical thinkers and doers, who are organized and have some sales experience to work remotely as an Acquisition or a Disposition Manager.
The purpose of this position is to manage the transactions from contract to close.
As an ideal candidate, you will be maintaining constant communication with homeowners, title companies, investors, and all other relevant parties to ensure a smooth transaction while maintaining a high level of customer service to all clients.
Using our tried-and-true strategy, you can secure your first wholesale deal within days of joining our company. One of our Sales Associates achieved $180,000 in their first year. We encourage to produce hot leads and provide you with the education you need to close these sales and track these metrics.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
- Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc).
- Generate and manage lists of properties under contract.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
Skills
- Oversee transactions from executed contract to closed deals.
- Verify all contracts and documents are completed accurately.
- Maintain all files in Google Drive and our CRM.
- Prepare and modify contractual documents.
- Coordinate solutions for homeowners during the closing process (ie. moving assistance, early release of funds, lockbox, photos of properties, legal processes, etc).
- Regularly update everyone through the closing process.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Desirable but not required transactional/administrative/title experience
- Must have an understanding of the real estate sales process or be willing to learn
- Excellent organizational and systems-oriented skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Phenomenal attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent or native English)
- Speaking Spanish is an advantage
- Candidates will be required to work in the US time zone
This is a full-time commission-based position with no salary cap. Candidates with more experience and those who excel during the probation period (2-4 weeks) would get a base salary as agreed upon the interview.
