Job Summary :

Assist with general property maintenance tasks to ensure buildings and grounds are well-maintained, performing basic repairs and supporting skilled tradespeople.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
  • Assist with landscaping and grounds upkeep.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
  • Help with inspections and identify maintenance issues.
  • Report safety hazards and maintenance needs.
  • Organize tools and supplies.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and use tools safely.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
