Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with our guests by offering personalized membership, fitness, and retail solutions that cater to their unique needs and interests.
- Implement the Care Sales Model to explain how 24 Hour Fitness can assist our guests in reaching their fitness objectives.
- Contact potential members to invite them to experience our facilities, equipment, services, and amenities firsthand.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or fitness sales is required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and willing to work flexible hours across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
