JOB SUMMARY
The Property Tax Administrator supports the Sr Tax Director/Tax Manager in order for the department to timely pay all real property tax bills directly to the tax authorities, review and process all landlord tax bills/tax reconciliations, and ensure compliance with all real property tax processes for the 250 24 Hour Fitness locations.

This position will have a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 20% time in office environment that is based in Stockton, CA. Initially, the position will require 80-100% time at the office for transition/training purposes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Assist with the timely preparation of real property tax payments.
- Assist with the review of real property tax reconciliations/reimbursements.
- Update reports, files, and tracking of tax payments.
- Assist with preparation of multi-state tax filings as needed.
- Assist with monthly property tax account reconciliations.
- Maintain all real property tax files and related documentation.
- Preparation of data and documents required for appeal claims.
- Complete other individual projects as assigned by department leadership.
- Participate on project teams within department and/or cross functional teams.
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
The Property Tax Administrator position requires regular communication with the Sr Tax Director and Tax Manager in addition to periodic communication with the Accounts Payable Department, other internal 24 Hour Fitness teams, and occasionally landlord representatives. This position does not have direct or indirect reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong computer skills are essential with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven time management abilities to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Minimum Educational Level/Certifications
- College degree required.
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years in a corporate environment preferred.
- Prior work experience preferred.
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions
- Work is performed in a standard office environment without unpleasant or hazardous conditions. Work entails typical physical demands involved in office work.
- Regularly required to work standard office equipment (personal computer, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
- Ability to work on a computer up to 7 hours a day.
- Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, and occasionally stand and walk.
- Close vision required for computer usage.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb and lift up to 20 pounds.
