- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, scheduling calls, and assisting with interviews.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries from internal and external companies.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in phone systems, Office management, Data entry, Personal assistant, Organizational, Office, Administrative tasks.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
