Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator with experience in using Xestimate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely estimates for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Xestimate software to prepare and analyze cost estimates for various projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate estimates.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates and project costs.
- Provide support during project bidding and procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Xestimate software.
- Proven experience in estimating within restoration industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Any relevant certifications or degrees, if applicable.
