We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and be proficient in various techniques related to fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. This role involves working on-site to restore properties affected by disasters while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform water damage restoration services, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Conduct fire restoration tasks, including cleaning and rebuilding damaged structures.
- Execute mold remediation processes to ensure safe and healthy environments.
- Carry out asbestos abatement procedures in compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during all restoration projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and any necessary follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in restoration work.
