San Antonio, TX is hiring RNs! This is a Psych / Behavioral Health facility working with patients with intellectual disabilities.
Duties : Passing meds, assessments, charting, Patient Care, Overseeing LPNs
Need : Psych RN with minimum 1 year experience
Must have no past misdemeanors or past discipline on license
Location : San Antonio, TX
Length of Contract : 2 month increments, continual extensions
Start : 1st or 16th of each month
Shifts : 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a
Job Duties :
- Work involves providing for the assessment, care and treatment of patients
- Perform computer data entry – Receive full training g
- Administers medications, immunizations, and treatment and observes individuals for unusual symptoms and reactions
