Responsibilities

• Strong passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Provide help desk support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of computer networking systems.
• Support Windows operating systems and ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize Jira for tracking issues and managing project workflows.
• Collaborate with clients to maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.
• Diagnose hardware problems and provide solutions for computer hardware issues.
• Configure and manage VPN connections for secure remote access.
• Document all interactions and resolutions system for future reference.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively.

Skills

• Proficient in help desk operations and customer service best practices.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and practices.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with project management and issue tracking, preferred
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
• Competence in various operating systems beyond Windows is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve computer hardware issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies and configurations is advantageous.
