Full Time Hours (40 hours a week, M-F)
This role supports our client's full-service publishing team. They are searching for a highly motivated, customer-centric author relations assistant to provide world-class customer service and communication to their authors and publishing partners.
Core Job Responsibilities :
- Effectively communicate with and support global authors and publishing partners.
- Partner cross-functionally with the client's publishing business teams to create new policies and processes that ensure a great publishing experience for authors and improve author satisfaction metrics.
- Work globally and cross-functionally to represent authors’ best interests at every step in the publishing process.
