Role Overview: This position will lead high-profile PR and marketing accounts focused on connecting brands with multicultural and mass-market media, public officials, and community-based organizations.
Account Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead an integrated cross-functional team for multiple brands.
- Achieve strategic brand objectives for clients and drive award-winning campaigns.
- Own client relationships, establishing trust and accountability.
- Identify new opportunities and build growth strategies into our work.
- Manage day-to-day client needs and oversee a small team of account coordinators.
- Conduct media/community outreach, coordinate media events, and draft press materials.
Account Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally a Minimum of 3 years professional experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing managerial role.
- Experience with multicultural and Asian American/Pacific Islander consumers.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
