Client Overview: Our client, a media agency, is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join their team!

- The ideal candidate has reading and writing fluency in either Chinese (Mandarin/Fujian) or Vietnamese.
Role Overview: As an Account Supervisor, you are the strategic link between the client and the agency. You will oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, leading internal teams to deliver impactful, on-brand traditional advertising campaigns across TV, radio, print, OOH, and more. Your role combines client relationship management, strategic planning, and creative collaboration to ensure exceptional work that meets both client objectives and agency standards.
Account Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-to-senior level clients, cultivating strong, long-term relationships based on trust and performance.
- Strategic Oversight: Translate client goals into actionable marketing and advertising strategies. Provide input on creative briefs, media plans, and campaign execution.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of traditional advertising campaigns—from briefing and concept development to production and final delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional internal teams (creative, media, production, and finance) to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Presentations & Reporting: Develop and present campaign strategies, creative work, and performance reports to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Budget & Finance: Monitor project budgets, manage scopes of work, and partner with finance teams on billing and profitability tracking.
Account Supervisor Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally a Minimum of 3 years professional experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing managerial role.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
