24 Seven is partnering with a well-known, digital print agency in Portland, OR to help them find an Art Director to join their team in this hybrid opportunity. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with amazing benefits!
Ideal Candidate: will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 8 years of design and 3 years of art direction experience preferably in the retail and 3D design environment. Also looking for someone with 3 years of leadership experience. Must also be highly skilled in using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
We are seeking an experienced Art Director to guide our creative team and develop innovative project concepts and strategies. You will oversee progress, implement your vision, and serve as the go-to for creative plans. Your goal is to deliver outstanding visual and functional outcomes that meet customer expectations and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Work closely with account executives to gain a clear understanding of clients' needs and expectations.
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Review and refine content and presentations, evaluate ideas for approval or rejection, and offer constructive feedback to the team.
• Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
Qualifications:
• 3 years of Art Direction experience
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Hand-on experience in creative process
• Experience in the retail and 3D design environment
• Proficient using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
• BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
