Associate Salon Manager
Job Responsibilities :
Assist in the Management of day-to-day operations :
- Compliance to protocols such as : opening and closing, correctly collecting and processing client payments, maintaining accurate bookings.
- Quality control of services such as : upholding technical and customer service standards, management of salon physical standards.
- Inventory Management : work with GM to ensure all backbar and retail inventory levels are adequately maintained.
- Maintain salon schedules and maximize appointment opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve all clients issues immediately.
- Work with CO, Creative Director and Leadership team to manage issues.
- Train new and current staff on Salon protocols, software and customer service standards.
- Manage hair extension appointments and ordering of all materials.
- Ensure department orders for color, style, and spa are placed timely and accurately.
- Support Creative Director in all respective areas.
