About the Position

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service. This includes handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Tasks:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office 2000 or later.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
