Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative leader who can drive consumer engagement and growth through impactful design. They will work on leading projects within our portfolio, which includes Fruit Snacks (America's leading fruit snacks brands), and more.
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Creative Team and our business. The Art Director will use industry knowledge and skills to ideate concepts, develop, design, and execute 360 product packaging, display, print collateral, and corporate / brand identity.
- Create & refine innovative package design concepts that meet brand identity guidelines and ensure integrity across brands.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team and Cross-Functional teams to develop visually appealing trade show designs and collateral.
- Possess pre and post-production expertise, including extensive knowledge of printing processes and digital platform proficiency.
- Utilize 2-D & 3-Dimensional Rendering of Packaging and Displays, as well as Product Photography to enhance brand presence.
