Our client,is a leading innovator in the professional haircare industryand they are hiring a highly motivated Customer Support Associate to cover a maternity leave!
This role willoversee the management of all International EDI / Wholesale / B2B orders and track sampling programs and allocations.This role requires close collaboration with multiple internal and external teams, serving as the main point of contact between our company and 3rd party warehouses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling communication, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless order processing for international customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manually enter orders for non-EDI customers, gratis, special promotions, and internal requests.
- Review and release wholesale sales orders for processing.
- Communicate order changes or special instructions to the warehouse.
- Ensure orders are shipped within the required timeframes and meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage EDI-based transactions, resolving errors, reviewing summaries, and assisting with setup / testing.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Oversee inventory allocations for product launches or limited availability.
- Track sample shipments and notify internal teams of any issues.
- Provide stakeholders with tracking and order status updates.
- Review routing guides and vendor compliance manuals.
- Assist in researching and resolving vendor chargebacks.
- Manage return authorization processes and communication.
- Support special projects as needed.
Qualifications :
HOURS : Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST
Fully Remote (must live in USA) - must be able to work EST time
Rate : up to $30 hour
Salary : $30
