Digital Marketing Analyst
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary: Up to $95,000
Our client, a digital creative agency is hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to lead digital marketing analytics, uncover actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across campaigns and platforms. This is a hybrid role based in Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, CPA, ROAS)
- Analyze marketing and web data using SQL and Google Analytics
- Translate data into clear insights for internal teams and external clients
- Collaborate with media, creative, and account teams to align analytics with business goals
- Lead analytics projects from start to finish
- Mentor junior team members and help strengthen the agency’s analytics capabilities
- Prioritize web performance analytics as an immediate focus
Must-Haves:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics
- Strong SQL skills; experienced in querying large datasets
- Proficient with Google Analytics or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing settings
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Background in an agency or small in-house team
Work Environment:
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Boston
