What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of DTC position at 24 Seven Talent?
Our client is a fast growing skincare brand looking to add a Director of DTC to their team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own overall DTC site sales metrics across the full funnel
- Own KPIs of acquisition channels and collaborate with the company’s paid media agency
- Work hand in hand with retail, brand marketing and creative teams to ensure 360 brand storytelling and optimization of DTC site
- Leverage exclusives, promotions and site-only experiences
- Plan & develop comprehensive paid media strategies to drive new user acquisition
- Lead impactful lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Own campaigns from end-to-end
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics
- Own creative testing roadmap
- Act as the main point of contact for all paid agency partners and manage weekly calls.
- Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance, generate insights, and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee budget spend to meet campaign and channel ROI goals
- P&L management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8 years of ecommerce and/or growth marketing experience
- Experience working with a high growth DTC brand
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $160,000 - $175,000
