We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Email Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer with a passion for crafting visually compelling email designs that drive engagement and inspire action. The ideal candidate will have experience working in process-oriented environments and within complex systems, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities : Email Design : Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality email templates and campaigns, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and performance.Imagery Creation : Develop beautiful, eye-catching visuals and layouts that align with brand guidelines and entice recipients to open and engage with emails.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and operations, to ensure email designs align with campaign goals and technical requirements.Optimization : Stay informed of industry best practices, including responsive design and accessibility standards, to ensure emails are optimized for various devices and email clients.Process Adherence : Maintain a consistent approach to project workflows, ensuring compliance with in-house processes and systems.Quality Assurance : Review and test emails across multiple platforms, ensuring visual and functional consistency.Data-Driven Design : Partner with analytics teams to use data insights to refine and improve email design and performance continuously.
Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in email design, preferably within an in-house creative or process-driven environment.- Proficient in creating stunning visuals and layouts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma or similar platforms.- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and a basic understanding of HTML / CSS for email.
Preferred Qualifications : - Experience designing for enterprise-level email systems or CRM integrations.- Knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design for dynamic email content.- Familiarity with email performance metrics and how to leverage data for design improvements.
