24 Seven is seeking a Group Vice President (GVP) to join a leading creative agency and play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the agency. This leader ensures that all creative, media, and account services are aligned with the agency’s vision and clients’ business goals. The GVP is responsible for fostering an innovative and collaborative culture, managing key client relationships, and overseeing teams to deliver exceptional work that drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the agency's overarching vision and goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and market opportunities.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the agency’s client portfolio and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with leadership teams across creative, media, strategy, and operations to ensure cohesive execution of client campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a senior point of contact for high-profile clients, providing thought leadership and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend innovative solutions to drive their business success.
- Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor senior team members, including Creative Directors, Media Directors, and Account Leads, fostering an environment of innovation and growth.
- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusivity across teams.
- Identify and nurture top talent, providing opportunities for professional development.
Creative Excellence:
- Uphold and champion the agency's creative standards, ensuring work consistently exceeds client expectations and aligns with brand strategies.
- Promote cutting-edge, data-driven approaches to media and creative solutions.
- Advocate for bold, impactful ideas that push boundaries while delivering measurable results.
Operational Oversight:
- Partner with finance and operations teams to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure profitability.
- Establish and refine processes to maximize efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the agency at the forefront of innovation.
Business Development:
- Drive new business efforts by leading pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a creative or media agency, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar client accounts and delivering innovative, results-driven campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
- Strong business acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of marketing trends, media landscapes, and emerging technologies.
