Hybrid - Hollywood, CA.
We’re looking for a data-driven, performance-oriented Paid Media Manager to help scale our growth marketing efforts across key paid social channels. In this role, you'll manage and optimize campaigns with a focus on new customer acquisition and efficiency, reporting against KPIs like ROAS and Cost per New Customer. You’re equal parts creative and analytical, comfortable taking smart risks, and passionate about working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute paid social strategies across platforms like Meta and TikTok to drive acquisition and meet growth KPIs.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns for scale and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to provide feedback, iterate on concepts, and own the creative performance reporting loop.
- Build and maintain reporting on channel and creative performance, sharing insights cross-functionally and with leadership.
- Develop strategies to drive awareness and acquisition across both core and emerging product categories.
- Partner with the eCommerce team to enhance landing pages and optimize the customer journey.
- Work with Growth Marketing and FP&A teams to design and execute experiments that measure the incremental impact of different tactics and channels.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–5 years of experience managing paid social for a D2C brand, either in-house or at an agency (Meta experience preferred).
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets while optimizing toward acquisition metrics such as Cost per New Customer or Contribution Margin.
- Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization at scale; paid search experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of digital attribution and measurement frameworks.
- A keen eye for creative strategy and the ability to partner with creative teams to improve performance.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the agility to adapt quickly.
- Curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work on a hybrid schedule from our Los Angeles HQ.
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
