Job Title : Health Operations and Systems Project Manager
Location : Cupertino, CA- Hybrid schedule
Duration : 10 month contract with potential to extend- 40 hours / weekly
Pay rate : $61.80-$66.80 / hour
Job Description
This role is responsible for understanding strategic objectives, driving project plans, assessing risks and challenges, managing multiple work streams and identifying the necessary resources to make it happen. This role interacts cross-functionally with operations, clinical team members, and other partner functions within the company.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and writing skills; documenting requirements, specifications, process flows, gap analyses, project plans, and reporting budget / forecasts.
- Previous experience managing projects and vendors that deliver healthcare operations solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, relationship, communication, and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated initiative in handling multiple assignments.
- Able to initiate, manage, learn, and perform work with limited instruction.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI or equivalent certification from an accredited program is preferred.
