Looking for a customer-obsessed, data driven, Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle strategies for their candidate marketing communications.
In this role, you are responsible for developing and implementing global email, SMS, and messaging app marketing strategies and enabling them to raise the bar for lifecycle automation globally. This role will support subscription campaign strategies including ongoing automated flows and ad hoc initiatives supporting engagement and conversion goals.
The ideal candidate is passionate about creating compelling experiences through lifecycle mediums, is highly analytical, a fast learner, and has a proven record of developing and launching impactful lifecycle strategies. You are an expert in lifecycle channel best practices, keep abreast of emerging trends and are plugged into the digital communications space. You effectively work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives and develop impactful communication strategies to meet them.
Key job responsibilities:
• Develop and implement multi-channel lifecycle strategies including requirement gathering, audience segmentation, content strategy, campaign set up, QA, campaign launch, and ongoing reporting and optimization
• Research country-specific nuances and user behavior to adapt lifecycle strategies to meet localized needs
• Set campaign goals and define relevant KPIs based on objectives
• Deep dive existing lifecycle strategies and brainstorm opportunities to optimize performance and candidate experience
• Develop and manage end to end campaign project plans and lead project kick off and status check in meetings
• Analyze, report on, and optimize against key metrics including CTR, open rates, and conversion rates using a combination of Adobe Analytics and platform-level data
• Recommend and implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting
• Track channel best practices and industry trends to make proactive recommendations
