Paid Media Manager (Paid Search / Paid Social-must have experience in both)
FT / Direct Hire – hybrid in DTLA- 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Responsibilities :
- Implement paid media strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on customer acquisition
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across channels including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Manage end-to-end paid search process including keyword research, product feed enhancements, copy testing, and bidding strategy
- Provide seasonal refresh calendar for paid search channel and work closely with creative team to keep copy and imagery up to date
- Create and maintain product catalogs for use across paid media channels
- Conduct regular A / B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and tactics, and implement findings to enhance campaign performance
- Consolidate and report on data pulled from various platforms on a regular basis to provide a feedback loop for leadership and other internal teams
- Adhere to budget and KPI guidelines and make recommendations based on performance
- Consistently audit accounts with the ability to diagnose issues including but not limited to pixel and tag implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth
- Additional responsibilities as required
