Position Overview:
As a Production Supervisor, you will be key in driving production output, achieving company goals and targets, and significantly improving manufacturing efficiency.
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will manage an embroidery and sewing department consisting of approximately 30 team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production, embroidery, and sewing departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Organize and manage production activities to meet deadlines while upholding product quality standards.
- Optimize the use of materials, machinery, and labor to reduce waste and minimize downtime.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve high performance and engagement.
- Improve employee productivity by identifying opportunities for process improvements and skill development.
- Address team concerns, resolve conflicts, and create a positive and productive work environment.
Goal Achievement:
- Align production activities with company goals and business targets, ensuring timely and quality product delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Identify and address risks that could impact production timelines or product quality.
Staffing and Workforce Management:
- Assess staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to meet production demands.
- Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new team members.
- Oversee employee performance, conduct reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage staffing decisions, including terminations when necessary.
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and client specifications.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production management, ideally within the apparel or textile industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Highly goal-oriented with a clear focus on achieving targets and going above and beyond to meet them.
- Proficient in workflow planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving.
- In-depth knowledge of sewing, embroidery, and manufacturing processes.
- Confidence in making decisions, including hiring, firing, and staffing changes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Familiarity with production management software or tools is a plus.
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
