Our client, a well-known contemporary women's fashion brand, is looking for a talented, dynamic Sales Supervisor to join their team in Greenwich, CT.
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving the business forward by providing an exceptional customer experience, creating long lasting client relationships and lead by example, helping set the pace on the sales floor.
Role: Sales Supervisor
Type: Direct Hire - Permanent - Full Time Hours
Location: Greenwich, CT - Fully On-Site
Base Rate: Up to $24 p/h Commission
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Meet personal and store sales goals by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service
● Establish a returning client business by developing and maintaining long lasting relationships
● Actively outreach to client base to strengthen relationship via email, phone call and text
● Utilize company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed KPI expectations
● Actively learn and speak to the trends of each collection
● Maintain organization, upkeep, and cleanliness of both the front and back of house
● Maintain an active sales floor presence to assist and coach staff in developing strong client relationships
● Partner with entire team to execute open close checklist, shipments, and overall store standards
● In the event that the Sales Supervisor is working on 1 person coverage, they are expected to manage the open/close checklist
● Remain coachable and open to feedback to continuously develop
REQUIREMENTS:
● Previous, proven management experience
● Previous sales experience
● Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as needed
● Continuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
● Ability to occasionally climb ladders as needed in back of house
● Ability to work daily with telephone, POS and computer equipment
● Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
