Role Overview : The Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising will be responsible for the overall management of our retail business, with responsibility for the creative, technical and logistical elements. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker, with a strong eye for design & detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising (Beauty) Responsibilities :
- Adapt and execute global Visual Merchandising concept guidelines to the US market
- Liaise with diverse teams of vendors, marketing, and Global VM team for approvals and directives to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain Retailer and Vendor relationships.
- Create 3D renderings and design development drawings for bidding
- Review mechanical / engineering drawings and pre-production prototypes to ensure alignment with design intent
- Create all print ready mechanicals
- Create 3D planograms to support retail display strategies
- Work closely with the store design team on new store openings and lead in-store merchandising efforts.
