The Senior Manager, Marketing leads all marketing efforts to enhance brand reputation and drive enrollment growth. This role oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with university goals while providing strong guidance and support.
Working closely with Marketing Leadership, campus, and online teams, this position manages brand campaigns, content development, digital marketing, email, paid media, recruitment events, sponsorships, budget management, and market research.
Locations : Open to Phoenix, Minneapolis, or Chicago (4 days on-site)
Salary Range : $120-135K
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across the university.
- Lead inquiry-generating campaigns and events to support enrollment goals.
- Manage the creation of marketing communications and materials.
- Oversee marketing budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing the marketing mix.
- Develop grassroots marketing programs aligned with local and national objectives.
- Execute special projects, market tests, and high-priority initiatives.
- Ensure all communications are brand-compliant and meet regulatory standards.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with and direct external vendors (PR and ad agencies) as needed.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
