Lead the design and execution of innovative, on-brand toy packaging for MGA Entertainment. Manage packaging projects from concept to production, ensuring quality and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Art direct photo shoots to enhance visual storytelling for packaging.
• Manage packaging timelines, ensuring timely execution with internal teams and partners.
• Develop cost-effective, high-quality packaging in collaboration with structural engineers.
• Maintain brand consistency and competitive edge through market research.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in packaging or graphic design.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and packaging production processes.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
