Social Media Coordinator

24 Seven is partnering up with a well-known company to help them find a Social Media Coordinator to join their team onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. The is a full-time, 3 month contract to start with potential to turn into contract-to-hire. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including vision, dental, medical and more.

Ideal Candidate: will have 1-3 years of experience in a related field such as social media or digital marketing and has strong knowledge in using/posting on social media platforms.

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our client's team to help bring their brand to life across Instagram and TikTok. This role is highly content-production focused—perfect for someone who’s passionate about social media, trends, and fast-paced execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Content Capture & Creation – Visit stores and locations across the office to concept, capture, and quickly produce social content that fuels their organic channels.
• Trend-Driven Ideation – Stay on top of social trends, creating and executing content ideas in real time.
• Influencer & Partnership Coordination – Assist in coordinating product samples and content opportunities for influencer partners and local brand collaborations.
• Social Strategy Execution – Work with leadership to align content with product priorities, organic social strategies, and campaign moments.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with hands-on experience in short-form video creation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment—you see a trend, you ideate, and you execute quickly.
• Experience capturing and editing content on the go— content production for organic social, not polished studio work.
• Highly collaborative, able to work with cross-functional partners, influencers, and leadership to bring ideas to life.
