Our Client, a busy Ad Agency, is looking for a Strategy Director to join their team. This will be full time and onsite in Irvine.
Position Overview : The Director of Strategy will spearhead the formulation of integrated marketing and branding strategies for clients spanning various sectors, including healthcare, finance, technology, and higher education. This role calls for a visionary leader adept at transforming innovative concepts into practical strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation of thorough brand and product marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C clients, including market entry plans.
- Provide strategic oversight for all client projects, ensuring they align with business goals and marketing KPIs.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, industry developments, and audience behaviors to derive actionable insights.
- Conduct comprehensive research using primary methods such as focus groups and surveys, in addition to secondary desk research.
- Oversee the production of competitive analyses, content reviews, audience profiles, KPI frameworks, brand assessments, and business briefs.
- Develop creative briefs that effectively connect strategic objectives with creative execution.
- Lead client presentations, delivering clear, data-backed insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build long-term client relationships through strategic advice and by proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
