Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Conduct client service assessments and reassessments
- Perform compliance tasks to maintain regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Participate in staff training and development programs
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
- An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided.
- Minimum of one year nursing experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong understanding of federal and state home health regulations; experience with Joint Commission a plus.
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
- Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds.
