Job Overview:
The Client Success Specialist will play a key role in setting up and installing credit card terminals over the phone, providing top-notch customer support, and ensuring customer retention through proactive engagement and problem resolution. This position requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with the installation and setup of credit card terminals and payment gateways over the phone.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to terminal functionality, connectivity, and integration.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Educate customers on best practices, new features, and ways to maximize the benefits of our payment processing solutions.
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to improve customer retention.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to ensure customer success.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to improve product features and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Must be computer-savvy with a strong understanding of internet technologies and , troubleshooting.
- 2 years of experience in customer support, client success, or technical support (preferably in the payment processing industry).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Experience working with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of credit card processing systems, terminals, and payment gateways is a plus.
